Villa R is designed to make the most of the spectacular ocean views with its spacious social areas. The slender plot inspired the creation of a horizontal composition, featuring two stacked volumes. This design approach not only gives the building a low center of gravity, but also genereates a grand rooftop terrace that encircles the upper volume.
