Villa K is designed for a large, social family. The main floor features an open floor plan with a central concrete staircase as the focal point. The spacious social area is encircled by full-height glazing on two sides, allowing plenty of natural light and stunning views of the surrounding forest. The garage and guesthouse form an elegant entrance courtyard that leads to the kitchen and main entrance of the house. The second floor is more private, with four bedrooms and a large bathroom. The crowning feature of the villa is the generous rooftop terrace, providing a serene space to enjoy the view.
