Villa F is situated on a small suburban site in Gothenburg. The design incorporates a burnt wooden facade that adds character and warmth, while large windows capture the surrounding views. The two-story layout features a centralized social space that connects the two floors, providing a cohesive flow throughout the living spaces. The facade features a strict grid pattern, giving the design a modern and clean aesthetic. The project makes the most of the limited space available on the site.
